How to build a worthwhile art collection with the least possible money

Reprinting of a booklet written in 1970 by Eugene M. Schwartz (19271995); the original followed a lecture that he delivered at the New York Cultural Center. He proposes some easy instructions on how to build a whorthwhile art collection and just spend the least possible money for it. When Schwartz died in 1995 he was one of the most important collectors of post war US paintings at this time. His collection was donated to Museums like the MoMA and the Whitney in New York.
